When Tutorials appears on Home, you can find something to learn, continue a tutorial, or revisit one you finished. The tutorial library gives you the same categories with full lists and search.
How to Get There
- Go to Home.
- Find the Tutorials card.
- Choose See all to open the library on the category you selected.
Tutorials are available only for some companies. The card stays hidden while your company has demo data. If you do not see it, continue using the Getting Started or Journey card for setup guidance.
Choose a Category
- Recommended suggests tutorials that fit your company's workflows. Tutorials you have started appear first, followed by other suggestions.
- Completed shows tutorials you finished, with the most recently completed first. Choose Complete again to start a fresh attempt.
- Explore shows other tutorials. Some need an additional workflow and cannot be started from this screen yet.
Home shows a short list in each category. See all opens the full list.
Start, Continue, or Repeat
- Choose Start tutorial, Continue tutorial, or Complete again beside a tutorial.
- Follow the tutorial in Beacon's side panel.
Continue tutorial resumes your current attempt. Complete again starts a new attempt and preserves your previous completion history.
Search the Library
Use Search all tutorials to search tutorial titles and descriptions. Results come from all tutorials, including ones outside your selected category and ones you dismissed.
Clear the search to return to the selected category's normal list.
Dismiss a Recommendation
Choose Dismiss beside a tutorial in Recommended to hide that suggestion temporarily for you. It can return after the dismissal expires. Other teammates keep their own suggestions.
A dismissed tutorial remains discoverable in library search.
Good to Know
- Try this workflow is unavailable when a tutorial needs an additional workflow. The screen explains that requirement; it does not turn on the workflow.
- Answer the signup question may appear with tailored-suggestion guidance, but the button is not available yet.
- If you see Could not load this company. or Could not load tutorials., choose Try again.
- A New label can identify a new major version of a tutorial you completed before.
