The Home page is your daily starting point in Peasy. It gives you a quick overview of what needs attention and a place to ask Peasy a question.

What You'll See

Greeting and Ask Anything

At the top, you'll see a personalized greeting and an Ask anything box. Leave New chat selected to start a conversation, or open that menu and choose a recent conversation to continue it. Type a question and press Enter to send it to Beacon. Use Shift+Enter when you want another line instead.

Starting a new conversation opens Beacon across the Home content area while keeping Peasy's navigation available. In the chat header, use Move to side panel to keep chatting alongside another page. When Beacon is in the side panel, use Open full page to return the conversation to Home. The back arrow in the full-page chat returns you to the Home dashboard.

This Home box is different from Cmd/Ctrl+K: the keyboard shortcut opens the search-and-command palette, while the Home box sends the question straight to Beacon.

Getting Started or Journey

Depending on where your company is in setup, Home may show a Getting Started checklist or a Journey card. The card can be dismissed. If you dismiss the Getting Started checklist, use the three-dot menu beside the greeting to restore it.

To-Dos and A Look Ahead

The integrated To-Dos card organizes work into collapsible Buy, Make, Pending, due Tasks, due Notes, Count, Shopify Import, Snoozed, and Resolved sections.

At the bottom of that same card, A look ahead shows purchase orders due to be received and work orders scheduled for today. Open a section to see its records and follow the links to the relevant page.

Inbox

When Inbox is enabled, its separate card shows unprocessed items such as incoming emails and uploaded documents.

First-Time Experience

When you first sign in, Home uses the Getting Started or Journey card to guide your next setup steps. See Getting Started Checklist. The three-dot menu beside the greeting restores a dismissed Getting Started checklist; it is not a general support menu.

Good to Know

  • Home's question box sends directly to Beacon and can reopen a recent conversation; press Cmd/Ctrl+K when you want to search records, navigate, or run an action instead.
  • On a phone, Home's Ask anything box sends a direct AI question. The top-right ? button remains available on Home and other pages for Peasy Support, conversation history, and calls.
  • Summary cards refresh from current Peasy data. Open the linked page when you need the full list or more detail.
