Catalog Overview
The Catalog is a read-only browse of your sellable products with customer-specific pricing. Each step below has a Show me button that lights up the compass on the matching control so you can see exactly where it lives.
The compasses live in the Catalog page toolbar and column headers. Visit Sell > Catalog to see them all.
The tour
1. Go to the Catalog page
The Catalog lives in Sell > Catalog. The compasses for this tour live in the page toolbar and column headers.
2. Pick a catalog
Pick a catalog (price list) to see customer-specific pricing and visibility. Each catalog can have its own prices and product visibility — handy for customer segments and tiered pricing.
3. Filter the catalog
Filter the catalog by category, price, or any custom attribute. Combine filters to narrow your view.
4. Search products
Search products by name, SKU, category, or other attributes. Results filter as you type.
5. Price column
The per-unit price for each product in the selected catalog. Click the price to edit it inline — changes apply only to the selected catalog.
6. Visibility column
Toggle whether each product is included in (visible) or excluded from (hidden) the selected catalog.
Tips
- The Catalog is read-only for product details — to edit name, SKU, or variants, use the Items page instead.
- Pricing and visibility changes are scoped to the active catalog, so you can tier pricing for different customer segments without forking the catalog.
- Use catalogs to share filtered product lists with customers via Storefront.
