Sell

Create sales orders, manage customers, generate invoices, build price lists, and fulfill orders from your inventory.

Catalog Overview
The Catalog is a read-only browse of your sellable products with customer-specific pricing. Each step below has a Show me button that lights up the compass on the matching control so you can see exactly where it lives.
Selling Overview
The Sell section is where you manage your customers, create sales orders, send invoices, and set up your product catalog. Whether you sell to businesses, retail customers, or both, this is where the money-making side of Peasy lives.
Managing Customers
The Customers page is your contact book for everyone you sell to. Add customer details, assign price lists, track order history, and keep everything organized.
Creating Sales Orders
Sales orders track what your customers are buying. You can create an order, add line items, choose lots for fulfillment, send an invoice, and accept payment from the customer order page.
Managing Your Catalog
The Catalog page shows the products you sell to customers. Here you can set prices, control which items are visible, and manage your product offerings. This is also what powers your Storefront if you have one set up.
Storefront
The Storefront is your built-in B2B ordering portal. Wholesale customers log in, see their negotiated pricing, place orders directly, and you receive those orders right in Sell > Sales Orders. It replaces the back-and-forth of email orders and removes the need for a separate B2B tool like BlueCart or Wholesale Guerilla.
Invoice Reminders
Invoice reminders automatically follow up with customers who haven't paid. Instead of manually tracking who owes what and sending reminder emails, Peasy does it for you.
Catalogs: Custom Pricing and Availability
The Catalog page is where you configure what each catalog actually contains — which items are available and at what price. To create and manage catalogs themselves, see Catalogs.
Reviewing Accounts Receivable
The Invoices page is where you track what customers owe you. Use it to spot overdue invoices, see what is coming due soon, and follow up before balances slip.
Managing Invoices
The Invoices page is your central view for all customer billing. From here you can see what's been sent, what's been paid, what's overdue, and take action on any invoice without leaving the list.
Creating an Invoice
Invoices in Peasy are created from sales orders. When you are ready to bill a customer, open their order on the customer page and generate an invoice — Peasy takes care of the invoice number and links everything together automatically.
Wholesale vs. Shopify Orders
If you sell through Shopify and also take wholesale or distributor orders, the question comes up often: where should each one go? The short answer — Shopify is for direct-to-consumer (DTC) only. Wholesale and distributor orders belong in Peasy directly.
Saving Views for Orders and Invoices
Saved views let you keep a filtered table setup you use often on Sell > Sales Orders or Sell > Invoices. A saved view remembers the filters you choose from the Filter button and your table column preferences, so you can return to that setup from the top of the page.
