Receiving Pending Items
The Receive page tracks every PO line item that's still waiting to come in. Each step below has a Show me button that lights up the compass on the matching control so you can see exactly where it lives.
Receiving Overview
The Receive section is where you check in deliveries. When orders arrive from your vendors, you mark them as received here — and Peasy updates your inventory automatically. No manual counting needed.
Receiving Pending Orders
When a delivery arrives, head to the Receive page to check it in. This is the moment your inventory actually increases. Creating a purchase order alone does not add stock. You can receive everything on a purchase order at once, or just the items that actually showed up.
Viewing Receive History
The Received view shows a log of everything you've already checked in. Use it to look back at past deliveries, verify what was received, correct mistakes, and review costs including freight.
Receiving Items Without a Purchase Order
Sometimes items show up without a formal purchase order — walk-in deliveries, vendor samples, emergency restocks, or petty cash purchases. Peasy lets you receive these directly and still keeps your inventory accurate.
Bulk Receiving
When a single delivery has lots of items on it, you can receive them all at once instead of one at a time. Bulk Receive opens a spreadsheet-style grid where you fill in quantity, supplier lot, and cost across every row in the same view.
