Bill Pay

Bill pay is Peasy's feature for sending payments to vendors directly from the platform. Instead of switching to your bank to pay bills, you can pay vendors within Peasy and keep your payment records in one place.

How It Works in Peasy

  • Set up bill pay from Configure > Payment Settings by connecting a bank account
  • Pay bills from the bill detail page or the bills list by choosing Pay Bill
  • Choose Record a payment for money that moved outside Peasy, or Pay with Peasy to send an ACH payment
  • If the vendor has no bank on file, enter bank details inline or email them a secure vendor portal link
  • Payment status is tracked on the bill (Pending → Confirmed → Completed, or Failed)
  • Bill pay requires setting up payments first — see Setting Up Payments

Why It Matters

Bill pay closes the loop on the buying workflow entirely within Peasy. Instead of tracking bills in Peasy and payments in your bank, everything is in one system — making reconciliation straightforward and reducing the risk of missed or double payments.
