Integrations

Connect Peasy to Shopify for product sync, QuickBooks for accounting, and other tools in your business workflow.

Integrations Overview
Peasy connects with other tools you already use, so your data stays in sync and you don't have to enter things twice. Here's what's available.
Connecting Shopify
If you sell on Shopify, you can connect your store to Peasy to import products, sync inventory, and keep everything in one place.
Importing from Shopify
After connecting your Shopify store, the next step is importing your products into Peasy. You don't have to import everything at once — pick and choose what you need, and come back for more later.
Shopify Sync and Webhooks
After you've imported products from Shopify, Peasy can keep Shopify orders and linked inventory items connected. Peasy remains the place where your real inventory is managed; Shopify sends orders into Peasy and can receive updated counts from Peasy depending on your sync settings.
Connecting QuickBooks
Peasy integrates with QuickBooks Online to keep your accounting records in sync. Once connected, you can sync customers, vendors, and invoices between the two systems.
QuickBooks Setup Wizard
The Setup Wizard helps you configure how data flows between Peasy and QuickBooks. It runs automatically after your first connection, but you can re-run it anytime from the QuickBooks settings page.
QuickBooks Sync
Once connected and configured, QuickBooks sync keeps your data flowing between Peasy and QuickBooks automatically. Here's how day-to-day sync works.
Google Sheets Integration
Peasy integrates with Google Sheets to make bulk data entry easier. Instead of typing directly into Peasy's spreadsheet grid, you can work in a familiar Google Sheets environment and import the data when you're ready.
Amazon and Other Marketplaces
Peasy doesn't have a native Amazon integration today. If you sell on Amazon (FBA or FBM) — or other marketplaces like Walmart, Etsy, or Faire — you can still keep your inventory accurate in Peasy with a few manual workflows.
Reusable Spreadsheet Data Imports
Use a data import when you regularly receive the same CSV or Excel export and want Peasy to remember how it maps into bills or sales orders. Each data import keeps the saved mapping, the upload history, and the item links from past runs, so the next file goes through faster.
Using Beacon for Data Imports
Beacon can analyze a spreadsheet and stage it as a data import without making you walk through the full wizard. Drag a CSV onto a Beacon chat, ask Beacon to take a look, and it tells you what it sees before anything is saved.
