Integrations Overview
Peasy connects with other tools you already use, so your data stays in sync and you don't have to enter things twice. Here's what's available.
Available Integrations
| Integration | What it does |
|---|---|
| Shopify | Import products, sync inventory, and keep your online store connected to Peasy |
| QuickBooks | Sync customers, vendors, and invoices with QuickBooks Online for accounting |
| Payments (Get Paid) | Accept online payments from customers through your Peasy invoices |
Reusable Spreadsheet Data Imports
If a marketplace, vendor portal, or customer sends repeat CSV or Excel exports, you can save it as a reusable data import. Data imports remember column mappings and item links, keep an import history, and stage bills or sales orders for Inbox review.
Go to Configure > Data Imports > Add Data Import to upload the first file. See Reusable Spreadsheet Data Imports for the full flow.
How to Find Integrations
Go to Configure at the bottom of the sidebar. You'll find integrations under the Integrations section:
- Shopify — Connect your Shopify store
- Get Paid — Set up payment processing
- QuickBooks — Connect your QuickBooks Online account
Marketplaces and Channels Without a Native Integration
Peasy doesn't have a native Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, or Faire integration today. If you sell on those marketplaces, see Amazon and Other Marketplaces for the recommended manual workflows that keep your inventory accurate while we build native support.
Good to Know
- Each integration is optional — use only what you need.
- Integrations connect at the company level, so everyone on your team benefits from the connection.
- You can disconnect an integration at any time without losing your Peasy data.
