Peasy is not MRPeasy.
Similar names, different companies. Here is what each one actually does.

1
Priced per person, or not priced at all
2
Built for a brand, not a factory floor
MRPeasy is an MRP system for small manufacturers with production planners. Peasy is built for the founder who does the buying, the batch, and the invoice.
3
The whole job, covered

Who should choose MRPeasy
MRPeasy is the better system for plenty of operations, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. Choose MRPeasy if:
You manufacture with multi-level bills of materials, sub-assemblies, and routings. MRPeasy
is a real MRP system and Peasy's recipes are single level. You need expiry alerts, serial numbers, barcode scanning, or integrations past QuickBooks and Shopify.
You have production planners and a shop floor, not one founder doing all four jobs.
If that is your operation, MRPeasy is worth what it costs per seat. Peasy will still be free later,
if the fit ever changes.

Move one workflow at a time
Send us your export
Export your data to a spreadsheet and send it over, and we set Peasy up from it typically a couple of weeks.

Peasy transformed our operations by preventing costly stockouts, powering better forecasting and planning through its dashboard, and delivering the relief of seeing exactly how much cash is tied up in our inventory, something we could never justify with expensive alternatives before.

FAQs
Questions you probably have
Is Peasy really free?
Yes, genuinely free. Unlimited users, unlimited SKUs, unlimited actions, and real onboarding, all for $0/month. There's no free trial that flips to paid, no per-seat pricing, and no credit card required to start. We're former CPG founders who ran a mustard brand on a tangle of Google Sheets for years, and charging scrappy brands high monthly fees to escape that never sat right with us. So we don't.
