Save payment terms like Net 30 on a vendor and Peasy fills in the due date on every new bill — you can still override it, and Peasy flags a due date that is sooner than the terms allow.
By default, chats start with Beacon for an instant answer, and you can switch a single chat to our team with "Talk to a human instead" — or switch back — without affecting your other chats.
Download your bills as a CSV straight from the Bills table for accounting and reporting.
Add a note for your vendor right in the cart Review & Send step, not just after the order has gone out.
The Lots table now shows quantities in your item's preferred unit (like cases) instead of only base units (like jars).
When you build a work order from a template, Peasy shows which ingredients are short and the most you can make right now.
Item details now show saved Shopify product matches for all item types, not just the items you sell.
Correct a lot's available quantity right from the Lots tab in an item's details — no need to dig through inventory history.
Select multiple rows in inventory history and reassign or regroup their lots in one step.
The Orders tab under Receive now includes the full purchase order view, so you can open, duplicate, or delete a PO without leaving Receive.
The Reasons column in Receive History is now editable, so you can correct a note without redoing the receipt.
The Lots tab in item details now shows a Qty Used column alongside current quantity, so you can see how much of each lot has been consumed without manual math.
Show or hide Description and Lot ID fields on each sales order line using the gear icon, available in both card and row layouts.
Connecting Google Sheets now works reliably on the first attempt. The OAuth flow requests only the exact Drive permission Peasy needs, eliminating the easy-to-miss unchecked checkbox that previously caused silent failures.
